WPI and Studio Bright worked together to create this shared equity housing project in Beaconsfield. It consists of four modest high-quality dwellings that are designed to accommodate older single women who are on lower incomes and at risk of homelessness.
The intent of this project is to provide these women with security of tenure and enduring affordability. We are very honoured to have contributed to this very worthy project by supplying our Macrocarpa cladding used throughout the exterior of the build.
